If you're not satisfied with us for any reason, please follow below steps (in order) so that we can address your issue effectively.

1. Please read Sneha Diagnostics Terms and Conditions governing your test / test report. 

2. Ask our receptionist to connect you to our Center-in-charge so that you can discuss about your concern immediately.

Our center-in-charge is well trained and will address your issue to the best of his/her ability.

3. If you're not satisfied after contacting our center-in-charge, contact our Managing Director

4. And if you're not still satisfied after contacting our Managing Director, contact our Chairman

You can send us an email with your name, age, sex, date, time and location of sample given along with full details of your complaint or concern to our corporate office so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
